The biggest story of the day belonged to Garrett Craig.

The 2025 Tour Runner-Up continued his impressive season by earning 8 points, defeating Gaven Morgan and Jorden Henson while battling Blake Moore to a draw. Garrett's strong performance was enough to move him into sole possession of first place, taking over the league lead while Drew Farrer continues to recover from injury.

Garrett's consistency has been one of the defining stories of the season, and with only three regular-season events remaining, he'll now have the target on his back as the rest of the field looks to chase him down.

For the first time in several rounds, the league finally saw not one—but two coveted 10-piece nuggets.

Derek Malcom and Kramer Patterson each swept their respective groups, earning the maximum 10 points with flawless performances. In a season where perfect days have been incredibly difficult to come by, watching two players accomplish the feat on the same afternoon made Round 6 one to remember.

Several other golfers also turned in outstanding performances. Cody Malcom collected 8 points with two victories and a draw, while Caelan Sexton continued his late-season surge by winning two matches of his own.

One of the more impressive individual performances came from Blake Moore. The reigning 2025 Regular Season Champion led the field with two birdies, bringing his season total to three. After failing to record a single birdie during his first two seasons on tour, Blake has suddenly found another gear. If there was ever a time to heat up, it's now.

With just three regular-season events remaining, the playoff picture is becoming clearer—but far from settled.

While Garrett claimed the top spot, positions 3 through 6 remained unchanged. Derek Malcom and Kramer Patterson now round out the top eight, a group that is beginning to create some separation from the rest of the field.

The numbers tell the story. Only 5 points separate 8th from 9th place, but that same 5-point gap also stretches from 9th all the way to the current playoff cutline in 17th. Every match, every hole, and every point matters as golfers fight to keep their championship hopes alive.

Caelan Sexton climbed above the cutline for the first time all season. The 2024 Tour Runner-Up is no stranger to championship golf, and his recent form suggests he could continue climbing before the playoffs begin.

Meanwhile, several familiar names remain on the outside looking in.

Blake Moore sits just one point below the cutline, while defending Tour Champion Blake Poage is still searching for his move into playoff position. Previous qualifiers Aaron Hall, Sawyer Alderson, Ethan Eads, and Benny Amigon also have work left to do if they hope to extend their seasons.

One thing is certain: with only three events left, no lead is safe and no golfer can afford an off week.

Next up is one of the crown jewels of the regular season—the 3rd Annual OMG Open at Ledgestone Golf Club in Reeds Spring, Missouri.

The league's only individual stroke play event will once again challenge golfers with tight fairways, towering trees, dramatic elevation changes, and blind tee shots around every corner. With handicaps leveling the playing field, every member will have a chance to compete for one of the league's most prestigious prizes: the Green Jacket.

Beyond the jacket, the stakes couldn't be higher. The champion will earn 15 points, making it one of the most valuable events of the season. Current point trends also suggest the OMG Open could produce the league's first official playoff qualifiers while mathematically eliminating several golfers from championship contention.

Past champions include Geoffrey Stafford (2024) and Chris Randolph (2025), but a new chapter in OMG Open history is about to be written.

With the regular season entering its final stretch, every swing matters from here on out.
