Aaron Hall and Caelan Sexton stood out from the pack with a stellar performance, carding a 73, net 70, to win the two-man scramble. Their six-stroke lead over the field was no fluke, as their consistent play was punctuated by sinking several lengthy putts, leaving no doubt about their prowess on the greens.

The competition was fierce and incredibly even among the other teams, proving the effectiveness of the handicapping system. All teams finished within one net stroke of each other, but it was Tanner Gold and Derek Malcolm who clinched second place in a thrilling 100-yard playoff. Tanner’s approach shot landed less than two feet from the pin, a decisive moment that sealed their runner-up finish.

The leaderboard is more contested than ever, with Chris Obert, Skyler Henson, and Caelan Sexton locked in a tie at 46 points each. This tie adds a layer of suspense and rivalry that is sure to electrify the upcoming events.

As we continue our journey this season, we’re looking forward to more excitement including 2 regular season events at Thousand Hills Golf Resort on July 28th & Hidden Valley Golf Course on August 10th. These 2 events might be overshadowed by the most exciting event yet.. the Brothers Cup! This August 24th event will feature 2 Teams with captains, Jorden & Skyler, conducting a live draft over a cookout at Skyler’s home in Springfield.
